I began my professional journey in 1999 as a cook, quickly growing into the role of chef and entrepreneur in the restaurant and catering industry. From 2003 to 2022, I proudly owned and operated MCHEF, an innovative catering company specializing in organic-certified herbs and spices. Over nearly two decades, I developed a reputation for creating nourishing dishes and clean, flavor-forward culinary blends that celebrate both artistry and wellness.
My passion for food as medicine and nourishment naturally expanded into holistic healing. Today, as an Integrative Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Creative Healer, I combine over 20 years of experience in both the kitchen and the healing arts. I guide individuals toward balance and vitality through mindful eating, therapeutic cooking, meditation, Reiki, and music.
As a published author of holistic cookbooks available in both French and English, I continue to unite my culinary expertise with my dedication to well-being.
