In 2010, Chef Marie-Dominique Rail developed a new concept and approach to home cooking with an innovative approach to in-home private chef services under the name of MCHEF, including a 5-star, 5-8 courses dining experience, savory dînatoire cocktails and delivered catering platters.
In 2015, her company MCHEF introduced in the North American food service market a pioneer 12-allergen-free gourmet organic herbs and spices and, in 2017, introduced a new retail packaging format prolonging the life expectancy of the herbs and spices up to two years. The founder, Marie-Dominique Rail further developed her concept of a holistic healthy cuisine, promoting practical recipe books for the public.
In 2019, Chef Marie published her Lifestyle Food Guide, a cookbook journal of some 22 years in the making-of Chef Marie’s professional experience. In 2020, Chef Marie released the Oil-free Nutritious Salads & Wine Pairing recipe book, and in 2021, a dessert repertory of her childhood, including family recipes entitled Cakes & Desserts - Childhood Memories - Best family Desserts: Chef Marie's exquisite made easy recipes for all occasions. The recipes contain simple and foolproof tips for preparing & baking delicious cakes & desserts. All versions are offered in English and French languages.
